Grunting, he walked off, his talons scoring marks in the ground. His mind raced furiously as he tried to think of how to get back to the building where he lived with the rest of his friends. he stumbled along, the city getting closer every minute. Then he remembered the old entrance as they called it. There was an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city, close by where he was now. He ran in the direction where he knew the warehouse to be.
After several minutes after he began walking, he had reached the warehouse. the old building looked even more shambly than it had before. it creaked and seemed to sway with the wind. He kicked the door open and adjusted the fox on his shoulders before entering. there were several boxes scattered around the building, many corroded by time, molded and eaten by termites and goodness knows what else. he pushed aside some old sacks and beheld the trap-door. he pulled it up, grunting at it’s weight. he cast it aside, and clambered down the ladder, pulling the door down behind him. He gave a yell of joy and plunged down the staircase, going down by the rusted rail, his claws holding firm. He shot down the rail, staying in mid-air for a moment as he glided to the next rail. He enjoyed his wild ride for about a minute, and then reached a low circular room, with two stairways going up on two sides of the room. There was a circular metal
